There is restored edge and corner wear, tears, and small losses; this wonderful midcentury airline travel poster should display beautifully once framed.
This 1963 United Air Lines travel poster uses a striking upward photograph of Lee Lawrie’s bronze Atlas at Rockefeller Center, framed against the 30 Rockefeller Plaza tower. Bold yellow and white type sits on a vivid blue sky. It comes from United’s photographic destination series.
