Poster Condition Grading Explained
A (Excellent): Near mint condition with, if any, only the most minor detectable flaws.
A/A- (Excellent / Very Good): Only the most minor of imperfections, including at most a few items on this non-exhaustive list: pinholes in four corners, tiny areas of staining/foxing, surface abrasions, smudge marks, very minor edge/corner wear/tears and paper loss, small area of light unobtrusive writing, subtle and minor creasing, paper lifting and chipping).
A- (Very Good): A nicely preserved poster that has more flaws than the higher grades; if the imperfections are within the image, they are not very distracting or may be in the blank borders where they will not show when displayed.
B+ (Very Good / Good): Clear imperfections are evident and likely noticeable if located within the image but not very distracting.
B (Good): Item with significant defects/imperfections; very noticeable if within the image and even more significant if in the borders.
C (Fair): Major significant imperfections - please do not bid/purchase the item unless you can accept its major imperfections.
D (Poor): Extremely major significant imperfections - please do not bid/purchase the item unless you can accept its major imperfections.
