The linen has been trimmed to the margins and slightly into them in some places; there are some surface abrasions, most prominent near the bottom edge; rippling and waviness to the sheet; this great French advertising poster should display beautifully once framed.
A whirl of dancing figures in bright, painterly blocks of color lifts green Perrier bottles into the air against a rich brown background. The tagline "c'est fou" means "it's crazy." It's a lively example of Villemot's famous Perrier campaign and a favorite with collectors of mid-century French advertising.
