There is minor edge and corner wear, small tears, and creasing; light stain spotting in the upper third of the poster; this rare and whimsical midcentury airline travel poster should display nicely once framed.

A standout piece of mid-century graphic design promoting Lufthansa's transatlantic service aboard the iconic Lockheed Super-G Constellation, this wonderful poster blends landmarks from both New York and Paris, including the Statue of Liberty, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Manhattan skyscrapers, into a witty, Cubist-inspired collage. Two stylized figures flank the scene: a Native American representing the New World and a pipe-smoking Frenchman representing Paris.

The sky-blue background, bold linework, and candy-colored palette make this a superb example of 1950s European commercial art; highly collectible for fans of airline ephemera, mid-century modernism, and transatlantic aviation history.
