There is minor restored edge and corner wear, small tears, and tiny losses; there is an ink stamp near the right upper edge reads "PRINTED IN ITALY BY THE ENIT;" this fantastic Italian travel poster with great colors should display wonderfully once framed.
Looking out from high on the island of Capri across terraced vineyards and winding roads toward the dramatic limestone cliffs and open Tyrrhenian beyond, red carnations in the foreground. The lithography is lush and atmospheric, more painterly than graphic, with a warmth and depth that's hard to convey in reproduction.
