The poster was folded once horizontally and once vertically.  It is in near mint condition with a small mark on the right side of the white box; poster should display beautifully once framed.

Geo Ham was the preeminent motorsport illustrator of interwar France, and this early club poster shows exactly why. A motorcycle and a stripped-down racing cyclecar charge toward the viewer against a blazing golden disc, both riders hunched low in full racing kit. Sponsored by Hartford, Técalémit, Perrot brakes, Rudge, and Whitworth.

Ham went on to become the defining visual voice of Le Mans and Grand Prix racing through the 1930s and beyond. Early club material like this is scarcer than his race posters and represents him at the start of that career. A fine piece for collectors of French motorsport art and early automotive ephemera.
